can help you identify what is important in your life, develop goals, and provide support to reach them.

Structured Life Coaching is designed to help people move forward with their life by discovering their personal power and increasing their self-sufficiency with the support of a coach. Your unique experience guides our coaching sessions, building upon your strengths and crafting paths to include more of what makes you feel fulfilled in life. Life coaching can also address barriers and challenges that may be getting in the way of living your most authentic life. Areas that coaching can address are independence, executive functioning, physical well-being, emotional well-being, living environment, relationships and communication, community, education, and employment.
Janine Kruiswijk is a neurodivergent Master Certified Life Coach with over 30 years of neuro-affirming experience supporting the autism community and those with additional neurodivergence. Janine is dedicated to the ethical practices of neuro-affirming strengths-based approaches, embracing neuro-developmental differences as guided by the lived experiences of the neurodivergent community. She works in the areas of Life Coaching, Consultation, Speaking, and Training.
