Hi everyone,

I am an autistic adult looking for other autistic adults to participate in an autism research study at Caltech. The study is on visual perception and involves eye-tracking. I participated as a research subject last year. In the future, I will be working in this field of research, so I am hoping that some of you in SoCal are interested in participating in this study.

Here is a flyer about the study: FLYER

The study requires an official diagnosis on the autism spectrum and pays $30-40 depending on where you are traveling from. The study itself pays $20, and there is a $10 transport fee for LA county and $20 for everywhere else.

If you are interested or would like to know more, please email me at btbnnyr@gmail.com. You can also email Eiko Shimojo at eiko@caltech.edu, but please CC me as well.

Thank you,

Connie

Do I understand correctly that study participants need to reside within commuting distance of Los Angeles, California?

Yes, the participants have to come to Caltech to do the experiment.
