The best resource we have found if you are on the spectrum and looking for work is JobTIPSa free online program that helps people on the Asperger's Spectrum explore career interests, seek employment, and successfully maintain employment. The website provides tools to assess work interests and locate jobs. There are loads of printable documents, assessment tools, and videos. You can go to the JobTIPS website using this link.



Asperger Syndrome Training and Employment Partnership (ASTEP)

Asperger Syndrome Training and Employment Partnership (ASTEP) is a nonprofit group that focuses on bringing together employers and vocational support professionals to create a successful workplace environment for individuals with Asperger Syndrome and high functioning autism (AS/HFA). Aspiritech is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide a path for high functioning individuals on the Autism Spectrum to realize their potential through gainful employment.

A great resource on Employment is available from the University of MO:


The pdf is a ten page long study of AS employment that was prepared for a March 6th & 7th 2012 conference to be held in St. Louis. It contains many helpful links.
