Getting Started

  1. You have already signed up for our website -welcome !!
  2. The next step is to become a GRASP Member. Click on the top right of your screen ("Join GRASP") and you will have a short form to fill out. Once you submit the form, you will be a full member of GRASP. 
  3. Your next step is to start using and enjoying our community website. Here are a few things you can do:
  • Take a look at the options under GETTING STARTED. You can select JOIN GRASP WEB GROUPS or FIND GRASP MEMBERS - you can search here to find GRASP members in your area:
  • Click on HELP & RESOURCES and you will find a listing of state-by-state help, diagnostic and treatment resources, some of our most popular articles, and our recommended books:
  • You can write your own blog that others can read, post events of interest to the GRASP community, and read blogs and event listings from other GRASP members. Click on BLOGS & EVENTS:
  • Meet more GRASP members!! Click on GRASP GROUPS and you will find a listing of all our in-person meetings and a calendar with an upcoming listing of all of our support groups:
